no big. it was a misunderstanding. text was drunkenly sent in the past when i was killed for shouting. there was a misunderstanding on when that text was sent.
i was way drunk that night (to which bankz can attest) and i was killed deservedly so for it.

Suggestion: can we take a vote on a format to play for a string of 5 or so games? I didn't participate in this one but I'm pretty tired of trying to remember new names each time, the inconsistencies between games on how different roles interact or different scenarios happen, and the pages and pages of talk between players arguing about roles work/wording in the OP.
I would like to play/run a few games w/ our original set up. Nothing but vanilla civs, standard mafia, and one cop. I understand others like roles, so I'm okay with playing those too. But I think we need to pick a format and stick with it for a little while so we can play some games without the constant need for admin clarification and potential misinterpretation of actions.

Mafia definitely should have killed me on night 1. I don't know if Skrouse didn't think to pass along that I was the Delap role or what, but my ability to resurrect a person as a certified civ with a powerful role like Odin's should have definitely gotten me killed.

It's far from the first time an admin has made an error that affected the game. The more of these roles and interactions we have, the more likely we are to have one or more errors in the night moves |

But I think we need to pick a format and stick with it for a little while so we can play some games without the constant need for admin clarification and potential misinterpretation of actions. another couple ideas i was kicking around to alleviate the issues we've been having in many games, not just this one: speed limit on posting - only once every 10 minutes where 10 minutes is defined as the tens place on proboards. vote limit per day - only three votes per day we have complaints about people not participating, but it's a lot to keep up with when there's 10 new pages overnight, a huge portion of which is just bickering, including about people not participating. i think the speed limit will solve most of this. the vote limit is more a convenience for the admin kind of thing, and the speed limit alone may cover it. just some thoughts |
