If they converted one of the vanilla civs because they had a witch-king, you would've been around to tell the remaining people one confirmed mafia member. dude, i was already there saying tim was confrimed maf i would have been there still doing that with an arrow Confirmed on a hunch is different than confirmed due to evidence. |

Odin - if you knew you were going to be killed why didnt you use your last shot? Soup - who did you investigate the night that you got killed? Fecta. I was certain odin took a shot his last night. I was about 80% sure it would have been on tim. I was 20% that it might have been gbg due to his vote in OT. So I figured he would have the sauron of the group figured out. |

Sauron being an unstoppable hitter is a set-up decision... but with the 2 randomly assigned mafia with him, it makes him the no-brainer. Two other mafia roles (Witch-King/Gothmog) could add choice to the matter, but with RNG... we didn't get either of those.
I can make adjustments for the 3rd installment, Return of the King of Mafia... coming Game 27 or 28 or whatever.

Couple of things play out differently and the town wins.
Odin was asking for Soup to share his role. Had he done that then Odin would've shot at Tim. Had he shot at Tim it would've been confirmed in dead Civ and the town wins.
I fucked up by playing my hunch over listening to Druce.
Congrats Mafia I gave you that win.

Here are all of the things that could have happened. 1. I die. I shoot tim. Tim is immune. Bankz dies and comes back to share the good news. 2. I die. I shoot tim. Tim is vanilla civ. Game ends before bankz can die and return. 3. I die. I shoot tim. Tim is aragorn. Game probably ends with is finding nothing. 4. I die. I dont shoot. People assume I did and kill tim like I've been saying all game. 5. I live. I shoot tim. I confirm tim is maf. We win. 6. I live. I dont shoot. Soup lives. We win 7. I live. I dont shoot tim. Soup dies. We have a hard time. To me, it seemed like not shooting was the right call. I did not think of you killing yourself to find out if i shot. Even then, odds say not shopting is the best call. Regardless of how sure I may be, I'm not going to shoot without an investigation confirming with mumbers that tight. |
