Franklin D. RooseveltPG 23 5'11" 200 New York University C+ B B+ B- D+ CSpeed is the name of the game for this Roosevelt. His wheels are unparalleled among this draft class, and he possesses straight line speed as well as the agility to stop on a dime. Speaking of dimes, there was no one better in the country at dishing them out, as Roosevelt led the country in assists per game and showed a penchant for manipulating defenses with his superb passing. Roosevelt was a four year starter and is a little on the older side for a prospect, so he'll probably be ahead of the curve when entering the league but may not have the same type of ceiling as someone like Washington or Clinton. If there's a knock on his game, it's that at times he tries to do too much on his own, looking to make something out of nothing and costing his teams in the court with turnovers or bad shots.
