Should’ve sent a new offer for Heebs after Scat turned me down in the off-season Was this pre- or post-Ben Simmons signing?

It's pretty shitty the best player in the league gets traded and there isn't even a trade block posted.

Heebs said when he took over that he would receive and negotiate trade offers but would not make them. Scat hasn't logged in in close to a month. I think it's pretty clear they were a CPU-managed team.

Because there is no effort on the GM of those players (heebs) to see if a better offer exists The only other offer I'd received was about 1/3 of this offer. I challenge you to find a competing team with the expendable assets the Jazz gave up to get Lebron. The only other team I could think of was the Pacers, who also have no GM.

I would've given JJ and various small assets. Picks 5 years from now are worthless. Idc much, but I'm just saying if it turns out another star player randomly gets traded from a team that people aren't even aware is cpu run it's gonna seem less like an overlook and more like just a stupid way to handle cpu teams

The Bulls got: Cap space (all expirings except two good+ players). Two good+ players under contract for at least two years. 3 picks in '55 (this draft may break the file if TC is kind to the GMs). Improves their lotto odds in '55. 3 futures after '55. JJ and "small assets" gives the Bulls: An inferior player in JJ who has nearly as expensive a contract. Nothing else. Again, if you can find a team with expendable assets like the Jazz, I'll listen to your critique. If you cannot, this is just another BK temper tantrum.

Again, I'll repeat, it's not the actual trade that upsets me, just the methodology. Is this how it's gonna be now? If a GM doesn't log in for awhile I can send a PM for heebs and get one of those players with no other type of system in place for this?

just because I enjoy seeing the progression of deals/assets:
these are the main assets SPL started with and ultimately flipped
Tacko Fall Hornets 54,55 and 57 Jazz 55, 58 and 59
in return, the main assets he received:
LeBron James Dean Cain 53 Title
I know that I have been very vocal on trades lately, but seeing the big picture on all of these I give SPL alot of credit.
I generally think it was all fair value
so consider this my apology

He could turn into something nice. Really wanted to hold onto him.
