The Celtics have the General G-Dubs at PG for the future, making Stockston expendable.
I've got two offers for him.
I'll post the offer to beat by the end of the day today and then will likely trade him at the deadline.
Make your best offer. I'm not going to counter back and forth with multiple GMs.

I'm not going to counter back and forth with multiple GMs. My two cents, though I could be in the minority here: The "offer to beat" shouldn't be posted. I think posting a block and saying "I'm receiving inquiries on Player X" is more than enough. If you post the best offer and give people a chance to beat it, that hurts the person who sent the initial best offer more than anyone else as everyone knows pretty much exactly what they need to beat. Honestly I think everyone knows who the CPU-managed teams are and it should be up to them to make offers when they want a player. You shouldn't even need to post who people are inquiring about. Part of trade strategy is going for a guy that maybe other people aren't thinking about. In normal GM-to-GM negotiations, they're private. I'm not reaching out publicly to tell people I'm interested in trading for someone. But you're the commish and I'll play by whatever rules you establish.

If I were actually GMing the team, I'd be telling the other interested trade partners by PM what offer they need to beat. I'm just trying to be efficient.

in normal gm-to-gm negotations the gm selling calls the other 29 gms and asks them for their best offer before pulling the trigger

in normal gm-to-gm negotations the gm selling calls the other 29 gms and asks them for their best offer before pulling the trigger unless the offering gm says now or never or otherwise establishes a time limit. or the receiving gm thinks that the offering gm will otherwise reconsider over time.

All for this style of commish/cpu run teams.
That said, you can keep that bum in Boston

Offers so far are underwhelming.
The Celtics are likely to keep Stockston as he is under contract and will be more valuable in the offseason.
