Why are you bidding on this, you cannot use it. You did not make the 2nd round last year. So you would not be able to use this until you make the 2nd round for 2 consecutive years. |

Is it consecutive years? Or one appearance in the past two years? I interpreted it as two consecutive, but in re-reading I could see how BK may have interpreted it differently. |

I read that as, previous 2 years you have had 2nd round appearances.
