Looking at the Sonics roster and how that was put together after an epic tank where assets were flipped and then flipped again, I'd consider moving Barry for the right package (mostly future picks) in order to replicate that.
Bo Scarbrough also available, but I know Barry is more desirable.

ACTUAL update:
I've received two offers that include four picks and a prospect.
Barry is hurt right now so he's not adversely affecting my tank in any way. Still debating if I can tank with him on my roster. I'll likely wait a few sims at least to field more offers (and hey, he's hurt anyway so why do you need him right at this very moment?).
