 Gary Payton Age: 21 Height: 6'4 Weight: 175 Position: PG School: Oregon St. B C B- B+ C A The Good: Payton is a slasher that attacks the rim and can finish. He is excellent defensively and will be a lock down defender upon entering the league. Could lead the league in steals as a rookie. Very good running an offense and in transition. He will post up smaller defenders a bit. He's an above average rebounder for a point guard as well. Very quick to jump passing lanes and his wing span allows him to get to balls other defenders can't. The Bad: His jumper needs a lot of work as does his shot from beyond the arc. Cutting down on turnovers will also be essential for him to be an all-star running the point. Also has to get some practice from the free throw line. The Ugly: Not much really. |
