20/20/20/20 as Chris Pratt
20s is one of the funniest GMs in this league. Most everyone loves him and no one has any bad things to say about him. Chris Pratt has always been one of the funnier actors in Hollywood. He seems to be a really nice guy irl too according to what other people say. Much like 20s is a really nice guy irl too. 20s' team, The Kansas City-Omaha Kings are an upcoming dynasty as long as no one else gifts the Mavs a star player. Chris Pratt is soon to be a superstar after his awesome performance as Peter Quill in Guardians of the Galaxy and his new role in the new Jurassic World movie. Plus they are both Midwestern guys.
2Poor as David Tennant
2Poor is currently in school to be a better scientist or doctor or something like that in Oklahoma. David Tennant plays well known scientist/doctor on TV called Dr. Who. Dr. Who fans really want you to know that the TV show is the best. 2Poor really wants you to know that his trade offers are the best and if you don't take them you are making a huge mistake. I'm pretty sure Tennant is a cunty British guy, mainly he is cunty because he is from Britain. 2Poor has the cunty part down, but he is from Oklahoma.
Ankly as Adam Sandler
Everyone loved Adam Sandler in the 90s and early 2000s. He was the funniest guy on the planet. With such hits as Happy Gilmore, Billy Madison, Big Daddy, The Waterboy, The Wedding Singer, and SNL. Now he is relegated to shitty comedies with druggie Drew Barrymore or forced to play with himself and himself as a fat chick. Ankly was regarded as one of the elite GMs in 2.0. He could do no wrong in the eyes of most GMs in 2.0. Now after offering Mitch Kupchak a ridiculous contract that cost himself John CompuWilliamson, drafting Sam Bowie, trading Sam Bowie and 3 picks for Ernie Grunfield, and now drafting Evan Turner, he is regarded as one of the worst GMs in the league next to Sister Fucker and Mr. Pole Smoker. I bet Phoenix fans are clamoring for Mops back.
Bruns as Matt Damon
Bruns is one of the best GMs in the East (not that hard to do). He is generally a nice guy. He has had a decent amount of success in TMBSL. He also has a BFF in TMBSL with him. Matt Damon is one of the nicest actors you could meet in Hollywood. He, like Bruns, has had a decent amount of success in Hollywood. He had a successful franchise in the Jason Bourne movies. Bruns has had a good dynasty with the Kareem/Marshall/McGinnis/Pistol core.
Buster as Ben Affleck
The other half of Bruns is Buster. Except he is more successful. IMO Ben Affleck has been slightly more successful than Matt Damon. Ben Affleck can do it all. He can write, direct, and act. Buster can do it all in TMBSL. He can set good DCs, trade rape newbs such as Handsome Pete, and draft studs. Ben Affleck has won an Oscar for the movie Argo. Buster has won a couple TMBSL Championships which is basically the same thing. But the most important part is look at that beard.
Canes as Dwayne Johnson
I mean they are both from Miami and both actually went to Miami(FL). They both have had booming careers as of late. The Rock was recently in the horrible Hercules remake. Canes recently acquired Bob Lanier from the Celtics and his star wing Reggie King admitted that he hated money. But as the Hercules move has tanked in the box office. The new Heat team has tanked to start the regular season due to injuries to their entire team. So lets hope they both bounce back.
Sister Fucker as DJ Qualls
They look pretty similar, right? Qualls looks like he is from someplace like West Virginia. Sister Fucker is from Western Pennsylvania/West Virginia. Qualls looks like he gets extra feisty when he is drunk. Sister Fucker likes to challenge people to fights when he is sober. Qualls' acting career is something similar to the Golden State Warriors under GM Sister Fucker. Qualls probably drunk texts his buddies, like Sister Fucker likes to drunk text GMs late at night. They just both look pretty dweeby.
Dirt as Charlie Day
I mean if there is one thing that reminds me of Dirt and his team/trades it is this:
Plus I feel like they look pretty similarly.
dilworth as Joseph Gordon Levitt
They both have had success early in life. Dilworth was one of the creators and founders of the most successful college football message boards at the young age of 13. JGL really peaked when he played Roger Bomman in the cult classic Angels in the Outfield. Dilworth is a pretty great GM in this league and has built plenty of great teams despite being in such a difficult division. The list of great JGL movies is very long incuding Inception, 500 Days of Summer, 50/50, and the Dark Knight Rises. Unfortunately, dilworth has had shitty teams too much like the one he has this season. JGL has had bombs too such as Premium Rush and Don Jon. Plus I could picture them both being on vacation in Turkey.
Druce as Matthew McConaughey
Druce has had some pretty rotten luck in this league throughout his history. McConaughey's early career was pretty shitty outside of his star role in Dazed and Confused. Now Druce actually has a team that is great in this league and that team actually produces results that shows it is great. McConaughey is finally rising up to his potential and winning Oscars and Emmys with his roles in Dallas Buyers Club and True Detective. Druce actually won a TMBSL title thanks to Don Buse at point guard. They both were thought of pretty highly before all of this, but its nice to see them finally get the success that they deserve. Also I bet Druce likes to get naked, get stoned, and do some draft profiles.
Duc15 as Paul Rudd
I mean who doesn't love Paul Rudd? I can't think of the last movie I saw with Paul Rudd in it that I didn't love. Even if it was a shitty movie, Rudd was so awesome in it that he totally changed my mind on the movie. Duc15 is probably one of if not the most likable dudes in this league. Even if you think his team is shitty, he is such a cool dude that you'll probably think his team is not so bad by the end of the night. Rudd is not a total comedian but some of the lines he comes up with makes you laugh so hard you piss yourself. Duc is not the funny dude in the league, but sometimes he says something so funny that it just sticks with you for the rest of the day. I love you Duc15. I love you Paul Rudd.
Fason as Jake Johnson
Fason is still pretty new to the league. Jake Johnson is a pretty new actor to most of Hollywood IMO. Fason is still trying to build a great team, but he has a very good team right now led by non-PG Michael Jordan. Johnson hasn't really had a breakout moment yet, but he has built a pretty solid resume with Drinking Buddies, Safety Not Guaranteed, New Girl, and the new movie Let's Be Cops. I have faith and hope in Fason completing his 76ers dynasty to the best of his ability just like I hope the rest of America likes Jake Johnson as much as I do.
Handsome Pete as Andy Samberg
Handsome Pete is the funniest dude in the league and its not even close. I find Samberg hilarious in almost anything he does from Brooklyn Nine Nine, to SNL, and to Lonely Island. Pete is still relatively new to the league and haven't really gotten his feet wet in building a great team. Samberg has gotten his feet wet a little bit, but has yet to really build a really great resume. Brooklyn Nine Nine is a great start, but I'm more talking about movies. Pete's Wire blurbs and articles make me laugh constantly like Samburg's role in Brooklyn Nine Nine.
Heel/Tiger as Seth Rogan
Both are pretty fluffy people, but nothing too fat. They both have pretty steady, promising careers irl. Heel is a pretty funny guy when he wants to be (see: the articles that preceded this one). Rogan makes me laugh when he doesn't try too hard. Heel found Hakeem Olajuwon and Paul George to make him successful one again. Rogan found his old stoner buddy James Franco to make him successful again. Neighbors wasn't that bad of a movie, like the Cavs will be not bad of a team soon enough under Heel's leadership.
IanBoyd as Ken Watanabe
They are both of Asian heritage. They both have been pretty successful in their careers so far. Watanabe has been nominated for an Oscar before. IanBoyd won a TMBSL championship way back in good ole golden days. But what I think the most important link is that they have a pretty similar sense of humor. Get it? Because IanBoyd has none.
Jerry West as Andy Garcia
Jerry West and Andy Garcia have a lot in common. In 2.0, Jerry West ran the casino on the board. In the Oceans movies, Garcia was the head of the casinos that they were robbing. In 4.0, Jerry has not been very trustworthy, very backstabbing, and he steals other teams' best players. Those things would be something a mobster would do, and Garcia played one of the prominent ones in the Godfather movies. Jerry West hasn't been around much lately due to work and vacation lately and Garcia hasn't been in very many movies lately. I'm not a very big fan of Jerry West.
JHB as Aziz Ansari
Really JHB reminds me of Tom Haverford on Parks and Rec. He tries to be successful in this league, but when he is he just can't get out of the first round. Much like whenever Tom tries to open a new business it usually fails and he has to start over. Both have scumbag friends that lead them to bad places too. JHB has former GM TobiasFunke-Analrapist, who when he was in this league was barely around and barely tried and gave JHB tons of assets. Tom has Jean Ralphio who gets rich off of scams to get free money from the government or gets money from his dad, and then he invests the money in Tom's failed establishments. But both are pretty funny people. This offseason JHB is gonna be "FLUUUUUSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDD WITH CAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHH"
kn88 as Michael B. Jordan
I had to give kn88 a fellow African American to match up with, but he isn't Denzel or Idris Elba yet like former GM ward2dunn was. Michael B. Jordan ought to be the next Denzel. He kind of disappeared after his breakout performance as Wallace in The Wire. Much like kn88 disappeared when he was tanking. Now that kn88 has Sammy Perkins and Maurice Lucas, he is ready to compete. Michael B Jordan jumped back in the scene when he was Vince in the awesome TV series Friday Night Lights, and now he can't stop people from calling him and wanting him to be in big roles in movies. Hopefully the fellow Badlantic member's team is the same way.
MJ as Jonah Hill
MJ is another fluffy GM who makes me laugh constantly and he reminds me of myself a little bit. MJ is a GM who is a bit down on himself if he doesn't draft the right person, falls in the lotto, or his team sucks. But when he does it, it is cheeky and fun. Except when he threatens to quit. I stole Bob Lanier in FA, MJ stole Magic Johnson in FA. Once again one-upping me. The Magic was once a joke franchise. Jonah Hill was once a joke actor. The Magic are now a dominating force and Jonah Hill is now an Oscar nominated actor. Plus I think MJ was like this when he got Magic:
Ocho as Jason Sudeikis
Ocho is a pretty big soccer fan. Sudeikis likes to play a fake EPL soccer coach from America, Ted Lasso, much like Ocho plays one on that soccer game he talks about in shout. Ocho is from a suburb of Kansas City. Sudeikis is from another suburb of Kansas City, so thats neat. They are both pretty big University of Kansas Jayhawks fans (Editor's Note: EMAW). I mean they both have very similar interests, similar taste in women, and they both can be funny.
Odin as Vince Vaughn
Vince Vaughn is very tall for an actor at 6'5". Odin is very tall as a human at 7'0". Vaughn's career as been a rollercoaster so far. He can make a great movie, but then next time his movie sucks and bombs at the box office. Odin as a GM was like Dirt, but at least Odin's moves made a little bit of sense. One season he can have a very good contender and then one thing can go wrong and he will blow it up quickly. From the looks of things, Vaughn likes to stay up late, and Odin likes to do some all nighters and sim when it is 4 AM. Both can be funny at times too.
RV as Joaquin Phoenix
RV is mainly known for not being around enough and not answering PMs in a timely manner. Phoenix is hardly ever seen around Hollywood or even anywhere in then world, but when he is seen it is spectacular. I mean between him playing Johnny Cash in Walk The Line and him playing Theodore in Her it has been EIGHT years. Thats about as long it is in between the time RV logs on to this site .
Mr. Pole Smoker as Jim Parsons
Jim Parsons is gay. Mr. Pole Smoker is gay. Jim Parsons plays a genius on TV on a pretty shitty TV show. Mr. Pole Smoker likes to think he is a genius in his own mind but he has a pretty shitty brain. I'm sure the writers of the Big Bang Theory have as many problems with commas and grammar as Mr. Pole Smoker does also. Jim Parsons and his character are unfunny to anyone with a brain. Mr. Pole Smoker is definitely unfunny to everyone on this site. Sheldon is socially awkward on the show, and Mr. Pole Smoker is socially awkward on TMB when he keeps us informed about the crazy shit his grandparents do that no one gives a fuck about. I assume Mr. Pole Smoker doesn't get laid either.
Scatmanduse as Keanu Reeves
Keanu Reeves is a terrible actor who just keeps landing great roles and then tanking the movie itself. Scat is the luckiest GM in this league but in general he is a pretty terrible GM. I mean he won lottos, he has won a couple of FAs, and he has won titles. All because of pure luck. Not anything based on GMing ability. I mean he steals a FA, is pretty mediocre all season, and then some top teams get major injuries and boom he is in the finals. He has a pretty bad team around the 8-10 range in the lotto? Boom. He won the lotto. Not even close. Have a star player on the move? Lets gift him to the top team in the league for some mediocre prospects and a horrible pick. As Charles Barkley would tell Keanu Reeves and Scat, "TURRIBLE".
Skrouse as Nicholas Cage
What GM likes to blow through its cap like Nicholas Cage likes to blow through his money? Skrouse, of course. "Oh I have cap now! Better offer Bill Robinzie a max contract!". "Oh I made another shitty movie! Better buy some more overpriced cars and other shit!" Nicholas Cage has been in some of the worst movies of all time. Skrouse has produced some pretty god awful teams. GMs wish Skrouse would start doing his Fake Hollinger PER articles again. People wish Cage would start making some better movies like Raising Arizona and Con Air.
Soup as Ryan Gosling
Soup is the best GM in the league. Ryan Gosling is the sexiest man in Hollywood. Even straight men would have sex with Ryan Gosling. Soup somehow gets GMs to trade him stars for trash for some reason. Maybe its the eyes? Or the abs? Or the smile? I mean I'm just looking at the picture here and I am about ready to trade Soup a package of Alvan Adams and Cliff T Robinson for a couple of backups and shitty picks (Editor's Note: not a real offer FYI). He got the ageless wonder Rick Barry for a couple of shitty picks and Moses Malone for a couple of mediocre prospects, an average SF, and a god awful pick. I mean maybe it is because he is so damn likable. Like who the fuck could hate Ryan Gosling. You can be jealous sure, but don't hate him because he is so damn sexy.
Trofie as Edward Norton
Trofie used to be one of the best GMs in 2.0. Edward Norton was in such hits like American History X and Fight Club. Then in 4.0, Trofie was mediocre and decided to tank for a long period of time. Kind of like Norton when he decided to take on the Hulk movie, and after that abortion he has hid low for awhile. Now that Trofie has Godbolt and Co. he wants to get back into the ring. Norton has had great roles in Wes Anderson movies such as Moonrise Kingdom and Grand Budapest Hotel, so maybe now he can finally catapult himself back into the scene.
Tyler as Christian Bale
Christian Bale is an actor that has had pretty good success throughout his career with just being Batman and Patrick Bateman. Tyler has had success in this league with just his PG Paul Westphal and some help from his good pal Odin. Some say he got lucky and won a title because Odin just sat there and resimmed over and over again until he saw that the Pistons won. Bale is known to be quite an asshole and very hard to work with. And I mean does anyone really like to work with Tyler? With his scat tier luck and the fact that he has Westphal its pretty infuriating. Plus the fact that Bale is like Phoenix, he is hardly ever around besides being in movies. Does anyone really see Tyler at all? He just comes and goes without a peep out of himself.
Vedderman as Robert Downey Jr.
Vedder used to be a huge alcoholic until a DUI one day ruined his life. Downey Jr back in the day got in to all sorts of drugs and alcohol. After several arrests, probations, and spending a year in a rehab treatment facility, he came back stronger than ever. He burst back on the scene in the summer of 2008 with Ironman and Tropic Thunder. Vedder was back on the map during the summer of 3006 when he stole Bill Laimbeer from the champion Grizzlies, got Al Skinner for free, and got M.L. Carr in free agency as well. Now he has a pretty good starting 5 of Skinner/Stansbury/Carr/Laimeer/Parish. Downey is now set even though he refuses to play Ironman again in future Marvels movies. And Vedder is now set with another lotto pick since he has the Celtics pick this season and he refuses to give it back to its rightful owner.
20s is one of the funniest GMs in this league. Most everyone loves him and no one has any bad things to say about him. Chris Pratt has always been one of the funnier actors in Hollywood. He seems to be a really nice guy irl too according to what other people say.
