Odin There was a discussion in shout about being able to resign your own players if it puts you over the hard cap. Is that allowed? For example as it stands right now the Timberwolves will be at $70,835,918 after the season. What happens if Robertson demands a max deal? Will they be allowed to resign him and then try to get under the hard cap before the season?

I think the rule is he would have 48 hours to get under the hard cap.... But normally that is for when you accidentally go over... doing it on purpose.. not sure of the process for that.

I think he has to get under b4 accepting the resigning offer
