Hopson is a well rounded player who lacks any real flaws in his game. His ability to do a multitude of things on the court has scouts intrigued with his potential. As a senior at tOSU, he scored an amazing 29 PPG at an over 50% clip while knocking in over 2 threes per game. He displays very strong rebounding and passing skills for an off guard. Younger than most of the senior class in this draft, Hopson still has some room to grow and refine his game which can be looked at as a positive or a negative depending on the scout. Defensively, his athletic tools and quick hands made him a very strong defender for the Buckeyes. Overall, Hopson has been hearing good things from a number of NBA teams and expects to hear his name called sometime in the lottery on draft night.
