Reggie Williams is a relatively safe pick in the 3010 draft, but doesn't exude the same type of potential as other guys being talked about at the top of the draft.  He was a proficient scorer at Georgetown and he can score in a myriad of ways, but he doesn't have that elite level scoring ability that makes your jaw drop.  He is a very good rebounder for a small forward and that skill should translate well to the next level.  Even if scouts don't think he has the highest ceiling in the draft, Williams is a guy who should be able to make an impact for the team that grabs him.
