Playing Robin to Erick Dampier's Batman in his one season in Starkvegas, Jones showed flashes of scoring potential and decent rebounding for a SF. Armed with an unnecessary apostrophe in his name, Dontae' was a big time scorer in the JUCO ranks before taking his talents to MSU. Scouts were concerned about his outside shooting ability and lackadaisical effort on the defensive end. If he can get his act together, he has a shot to become a productive player in the league, but some scouts don't think he has what it takes.
