As always, call ins are welcome, however, we are going to limit the call ins, when we had 5 or 6 on the call, it got a bit difficult to control and we had people talking over each other. So I will do my best to get everyone on that wants to participate.

If you need the co-host I will do it.  But if someone else wants a crack let them do it.  I don't want to be greedy with it.  I feel like everyone should get a shot if they want it.
