As I have said a few times around here, I have been doing Mogul baseball for sometime with the same group of guys. I was the commisioner over in this league before I had to take a break for an extended period of time. I now run a team in their league and the league just had a few owners leave and we have some open teams (2 but have 1 on the waiting list). If anyone has an interest in trying Mogul baseball out, let me know and I can get you a link for a free download of the game and I will be more than happy to walk you through the process of the league. It is very much like this league over here with the activity. We typically have 10-14 team owners on the xat chat box talking about various stuff, and the xat chat box offers a private message feature so you can chat with people back and forth to discuss trades. The league started in 2009 with the 2010 season. We are currently in season 2051. So any of the known baseball players are long gone. We have typically 3 pod casts a season, along with a live amature draft that is done on a Sunday night (we do 7 rounds live, typically takes 2-3 hours). We also do the playoffs live through xat chat and you get to see results game by game and get to adjust your lineup/rotation as the playoffs go along. Sim wise, we do 3 sims a week (Sunday, Tuesday and Friday at 8 central), each sim is 15 days with the last month of the season the sims are cut down to 10 days. Also, if multiple people are interested we can have 2 of you co-gm a team and I can take on a co-gm as well until a team opens up for your complete control.

I sent the 2 commishes of the league a note to inform them to accept your account when you register. They have a lot of saftey precautions in place to avoid troll accounts and people that spam forums/xat with nonsense.

hmmm, let me ask the site admin. I think that is maybe something that he sets up for you because they wanted to stop troll accounts. So if you hae an interest in an account. I will get one set up for you, so shoot me an e-mail address and I will have it done.

Game has a OOTP feel... just a bit tougher to get around... I think you will like it Odin I find it is a little less random than OOTP and easier to read once you get used to it. Plus you don't have to deal with rule 5 draft and some of the other headaches you have to keep up with in OOTP. |
