Harrell is a beast of a man, but still has some work to do on his game.  He is an extremely strong individual and is a gifted finisher around the rim.  He uses his strength and his body well to score efficiently on the block.  He entered college as a terrible shooter and while he has improved his shot though hard work, he still isn't very good shooting only 61% from the line his junior year (which is a massive improvement over the sub 50% marks he was hitting at).  For as physical and strong as Harrell is, he isn't an outstanding rebounder but he holds his own in that department.  He hasn't shown a tendency to put up big block numbers, but he does defend the post pretty well.
