Rondae is a physical player who plays great defense and does the dirty work. He isn't likely to ever lead his team in scoring and he still has some development to do offensively, but he should be able to contribute defensively at the next level right away. His size is a little worrisome for a 3, and he isn't a good enough shooter for the 2, so some think of him as a tweener. To be honest, probably the second best hyphenated name guy in this draft.
