Morton flashed potential for the Pirates, but he could use some development before he can be counted on at the next level. He played a bit of both guard spots for Seton Hall, putting up more assists when running the point but also turning it over at a higher frequency. A lot of scouts this he has the chance to get a lot better and he should find himself a home somewhere towards the end of the first round.
