A diminutive guard with a big shot, Barros might be the best shooter in the draft. However, his size is a big concern for a lot of teams. Will he be able to get his shot off consistently at the next level? Also, Barros displayed more of a scoring mentality in college but his size necessitates him playing the point guard spot at the next level. If things shake out the right way, he could be a high scoring PG.
