From the 07 through 13 seasons, Rondo had a +4.9 on/off, 17 PER to 19 USG, .135 WS/48. The numbers of a solid starter, plus a great defender by reputation.

Then he tore his ACL.

Since then his numbers are -4.4, 14 to 20, and .038.

Moral of the story: tearing your ACL is bad.
