Blake Griffin is an athletic freak. Â He can jump out of the gym, is nearly impossible to stop around the rim, and is very strong. Â He used his size and body to clean up on the glass, averaging over 14 rebounds per game for the Sooners. Â He was extremely efficient on offense despite being one of Oklahoma's only real scoring threats. Â His free throw shooting and jumper would have to be considered his only weakness at this point, but the stroke is there and many scouts think he should be able to improve with coaching and repetition. Â Defensively, he isn't going likely put up gaudy steal or block numbers, but he can defend his man without hurting the team. Â He should be able to improve in that area as well. Â He is a plus passer for a big man and he can face up his man and take him off the dribble as well. |
