A defensive stalwart who is relatively new to the game of basketball, Thabeet has scouts drooling over what could be. Thabeet is a block machine defensively and uses his body well to prevent the other team from getting any easy buckets. He definitely affects the opposition's game plan offensively. Still raw on the offensive end, Hasheem put up good percentages, but he isn't someone you pass to in the post to make your offense happen. Most of his baskets are going to come on dunks and putbacks. He isn't quite the level of rebounder you would expect for someone his size, but he isn't bad in that area either. He still has room to improve as he has not been playing the game as long as most of his peers.
