Yet another talented PG in this PG heavy class, Flynn has a nice all around game without any glaring weaknesses. He was a reliable scorer for Syracuse, but doesn't possess any particular elite skills on that end of the floor. He is good at making the right basketball play when the ball is in his hands and he has shown the ability to shut down opposing PGs for long stretches of game time. Most scouts don't view his upside quite as high as others in the draft, but they have been wrong before.
