Otis comes into the league as a bit of a tweener between the guard positions. Otis should develop into a good scorer but his impact beyond purely points depends on his development. Currently Birdsong is going to struggle mightily rebounding against bigger guards and isn't going to make any difference on the glass. Defensively he might need to be paired with a bigger point guard to share defensive assignments. He'll get a steal or two, but beyond that he's not too much of a stopper. Otis could develop into a decent point guard if he can learn to pass but that remains to be seen. Overall Otis is a boom or bust guy who could really come into his own in the league, or he could fall flat and get exposed defensively
