Waiver will be ran before trade deadline. You can only send one bid. He will go on your roster with a 4.5 mil salary(team must have the cap space), and you will not have bird years on him. Bidding will be a minimum of 1,000 with a maximum of 10,000. In the event there is a tie, the team with the lower win percentage will win waiver. If you make a bid and have insufficient funds, you will lose the money you do have, and the waiver will go to the next available GM.
Also, if you have won a waiver bid already for the current season, you will only be awarded bid if passed on by everyone else.
