Long story short I'm bored and want to go back to school however I have like a 1.3 GPA. How does one fix that? Will I need to CC for a bit? Will I have to return to the school I have the 1.3 at? Can I legally just not transfer shit and start over?

You're going to have to CC it I think.
What school were you at?

I don't think every school is the same, but I assume at a new school you would either get transfer credit or no credit and the grades wouldn't carry over. Of course they would ask for your other post HS grades and that may impact whether you are accepted.

I've mostly accepted that's what I'll have to do but I was hoping there was another option.

You 100% should go to CC and knock out as much of the pre-req's as you can. Provided you can stay motivated at a CC.

I don't know about Bama but Texas has a thing I think where if you're out of school for long enough (8 or 10 years) and gets re-accepted back in you can choose to wipe your entire slate and start over as a 0 credit freshman.
you should check with admissions office about that route first and see how much longer you have to wait or if you already qualify.

Some schools let you declare academic bankruptcy and start over. Might want to check that option.
