My defense:
1. Chef Louis and Ursula are never in the same number
2. She is the Platonic ideal for each role
3. She is very well versed in speedy costume change
1. Nick Jonas was a fine Marius. (Overshadowed by Ramin, but who wouldn't be?) He's got musical chops.
2. Prince Eric is a vapid 1%er dolt just like Marius, the only difference is that Cosette didn't turn into a giant octopus monster to convince him to go with the OBVIOUS choice for his lady until the sequel, Les Miserables Dos: Les Miserabler.
3. All Prince Eric has to do is sing and look pretty, I respectfully submit this is the ideal job for Nick Jonas.
