A shot-blocking machine, Ratliff has one elite skill that is tantalizing to pro scouts. The big man averaged over 5 blocks per game as a senior at Wyoming and that is something that will certainly translate. Questions surround his relatively low rebounding totals and his questionable strength. Ratliff is never going to be a threat on the offensive end, but whether or not he is a shot blocker off the bench or a pivotal piece and defensive anchor of his team will depend on his rebounding/strength.
