Fantasy Basketball Draft (6,048 views)

The goal is to pick the best team over the next three seasons. You can pick any current NBA player except for Lebron James because he is too good, any player in this year's draft and any international player that was eligible for the draft.

There will be 10 rounds. Draft order will be randomized with snake rules but the 3rd round is also reversed because players like Steph Curry/Kevin Durant are much more valuable than John Wall/Marc Gasol.

We'll start with no clock but if things are really slow we will have a draft schedule where there has to be at least 1 pick made every 45 minutes or every hour. Will be like NFL draft rules where you can be skipped if your time runs out. If you know you won't around for an extended period of time please send me a list or be available so I can text you.

I'll keep track of the order/results in the OP and will also post who has been taken at the top of each page.

Trades are allowed but please don't be a prick about it by shopping your pick once you are up and delaying things.

Once we're done we'll have people vote on the best team with a poll. Also hopefully eric will give his thoughts on each team.

There are usually only 1 or 2 trades a year and it never causes a delay or screws things up.

Goal is to pick a good team that fits well together.  Like a draft in NBA2K.  Last year the goal was to pick a team that would be the best over the next three seasons.  So rookies and older vets like Kobe don't have as much value.
