Given the sim league diasporo's breadth, folks mentioned in shout that we should have a beer trade to sample regional beers. Please post in this thread if you'd like to participate. Specify where you're from and list some local breweries. For the overachievers, you can list the cream of the crop folks will want to try and what kind of beers you're looking for. I'm in for sure. I'm from the Astoria are in Oregon we have 2 really good breweries in town they are Fort George and Buoy Beer. I'm able to get 22 oz bottles of pretty much any Oregon brewery however if you are interested in something else. I would list other breweries and ones I like but it would take to long so just ask and I can find something. If you like Cream Ales however there is an amazing one from Pelican Brewing in Pacific City. IPA's are the way to go however with Oregon beers. If you ask for De Garde I'm not sure how easy that one would be to get and I live like a hour and a half from their brewery so I would need incentive to go down and get it.

Omaha, Nebraska
We have Nebraska Brewing Company, Lucky Bucket, Zipline, Empyrean Brewing as the main ones that bottle/distribute
We have all the Boulevard stuff as well but i am pretty sure that is nationally distributed by now
Lot of other locals that don't bottle/distribute yet. Also might have access to some CO beers that not everyone gets, I don't know their distribution patterns.

And like I said in the summer I work in the beer industry so I'm able to get more stuff than normal as well.
I will take pretty much any style of beer except for Belgians

Do cans ship well? Because what I could do if there are 4 people is Ft George sells 16 oz cans in 4 packs so I could get 4 different ones and send 4 people one of each style and give them 4 beers total.

I'll be honest, I like beer but I'm not an aficionado by any means. But as with most places these days, there are a lot of breweries in DC and Northern VA. Plus I'll be going to the DE beaches over Labor Day so I could swing by Dogfish Head

Detroit area here, Dragon Mead, Kuhnhenn (my friend works there), Atwater Brewery, among others.
I like anything but IPAs normally, but I'm a big gay guy and love fruit beers the most.

Barrel aged 4D would be awesome to try - I'm probably never going to drive 4 hours for the bottle release.
