Jimmy is a lights out shooter, from the line, from mid-range, from the arc. He can hit from everywhere. Should be a lock for an outside offense team. Obviously this is his shining ability. Defensively Chitwood gets his hands on a lot of passes and shows a knack for jumping passing lanes. He's rather quick, but elsewhere athletically is lacking. Can't jump for shit, and he isn't going to out muscle anyone at this point. If he refines his inside game and becomes stronger he could be a high impact wing across the board, but coming into the league his initial role is going to be as a shooter. He doesn't pass well because frankly he's never been asked to.
