Bill is a scorer. He excels at the line especially, with the potential to lead the league in FT%. He's a bit small for a two guard, and might struggle to guard the larger guards in the league, but what he lacks in size and strength he makes up for in quickness. He can cut to the hole and finish at the rim, or hit a step back jumper. Should be a valuable asset to teams that like shooters. He's not quite maxed out, and with his athleticism he could become a true go to guy, it's just a matter of if it all comes together defensively.
