I am resigning my position as GM of the Utah Jazz. I’m sure for many of you this will be welcome news, and I am glad that I can do something to brighten your day. I have simply lost all interest in continuing to participate in this league in any capacity, nothing more complicated or mysterious than that.
If a replacement for me isn’t immediately available, I will do the required tasks to get the Jazz through the current offseason, up to and including setting a depth chart, but once that is complete I wash my hands of the Jazz, and sim league, completely. I feel that the roster is not in an especially bad place currently, there have certainly been worse rosters up for grabs, at minimum.
TMBSL 4.0 began at a very difficult time in my life, and I am very grateful to every one of you who has participated here for helping me get through that time. It really did do a lot to make my daily life better; and while I may have been an unpleasant cunt a bit (or a lot) too often, I do wish the vast majority of you well in the future. And if you don’t fall under the umbrella of that wish, you probably know it, dump.
