 Steve Smith21 SG/SF 6'7 200 Michigan State B- B C- C+ C- BSmith is a deadly outside shooter who excels beyond the 3 point line. He's consistent from the line and one of the better all around scorers in his draft class. He leaves something to be desired on the glass as he's more concerned with getting out in transition and spotting up. He'll turn it over some and it could become an issue as in college he was about 1:1 assist to turnover. If he can improve his ball movement and handling he'd be more well rounded. Defensively he doesn't stand out anywhere. He needs to work on his defense if he figures to be more than an offensive presence off the bench. |

i feel like there's a story here that i'm missing back in 2.0, Druce had Steve Smith and he hit the free agent market. Patface who was tanking at the time stole Smith on a max deal and then immediately traded him (before the season even started) for some draft picks. This was one of the main reasons we established the trading moratorium for players who sign for more than $X after they are signed. |
