Dale was a solid post scorer in college, but that skill is one that doesn't figure to translate into the professional ranks. What will, however, is his rebounding ability. He's a plus rebounder who is long and strong and down to get the friction on. These qualities also make him a defensive presence in the post. He can protect the rim with his length and won't be easily backed down. Should figure to at worst have a long career as a rotational big, if he can continue to hone his craft on the glass and defense he could be a regular starter.
