Arvydas Sabonis 22 C 7'3 280 Lithuania B C C B B- A Sabonis is at the top of the international crop in this years draft. The problem being getting him to the states. He's a big body who knows how to use his size down low. He's lacking in athleticism but makes up for it in strength and bulk. He's a bit raw being an international but with development and his size he'll make a large impact down the road. He's got nice touch for a big around the basket and can hit mid range jumpers as well. He's not much of a rim protector as he is a lane clogger.

He better not average 3 TOs a game with those handles.
Not complaining since that is a deserving grade, just hoping he's not like KG or Horford.

Fran Fraschilla reporting Sabonis' arrival could be delayed for 1 or even 2 years based on his European contract.

So if I draft this dude I may have to wait two years for him to appear on my team?

That's a huge bonus if you are early in your tank

So if I draft this dude I may have to wait two years for him to appear on my team? yes If I draft him, can I just not pay him for two years instead? That works better for me. Thanks.

So if I draft this dude I may have to wait two years for him to appear on my team? not sure if you were around at the time, but we did something similar with David Robinson.

I paid to keep Acie Law overseas. It is a nice perk for tankers.
