Washburn is a big time boom or bust prospect. He has the physical tools, it's all about putting it together mentally. His downfall could be his shooting stroke, as that needs to improve in a big way for him to be an impact player. Washburn just seems like a guy who lacks drive. He's lazy on the boards, but gives good effort defensively. If he can put it all together he could be very good and develop into a go to guy in the post. He'll need strong leadership around him if he's going to change.
