The Rifleman is a deep threat extraordinaire. He'll excel in an outside offense because of his propensity to shoot 3's and the frequency with which he makes them. Chuck is also a plus rebounder for a wing player, he gets after it on the glass. He does turn the ball over quite a bit and his handles could really use work. He'll be able to post up smaller wing players and shows nice touch around the basket. Defensively Person will get exposed by quicker players beating him off the dribble. He's much more offensively sound.
