The Round Mound of Rebound comes into the league as a very good rebounder despite his small stature. Barkley's strength is off the charts and he'll muscle around anyone in the post. The trouble is where he fits position wise, defensively wings will out quick him to the bucket, while bigs will be able to shoot over him with ease. This also presents a problem for Chuck on the offensive end as he won't always just be able to out muscle everyone to the bucket. He's a decent enough athlete but his muscle mass slows him down some laterally. In the transition game Chuck can get up and down the floor and can finish at the bucket. Whether or not his size limits him to just a good player hindering his ability to make the "leap" will remain to be seen.
