It’s too early to call it on Derrick Williams, and Tolbert is a good defense/rebounding big.

Fason with a good piece of GM’ing to pick up Shareef for an aging KD.

Not maxing Clyde is worth a C. Jimmer looks like a great scoring option and Kawhi could be great with someone pumping points into him.

Bruns has a nice offseason, adding a couple of pieces while resigning all of his significant FAs.
Cleveland Cavaliers - A

Shaun goes all in with his draft picks, and should be a playoff team for the foreseeable future with Mighty Mouse and Benji.
Memphis Bobcats – D

Odin downgrades from Rubio to Nappy and from Rice to Matthews Ewwww.
Indiana Pacers – D-

Jennings is the only thing keeping this off-season from being a total failure in Indiana. Jerry has bad back-to-back off-seasons losing a top FA. Who will have cap space for Cousy?

Added a terrific big man and kept Thabeet on a nice deal. The Raptors defense is going to be legit.

Oklahoma City Thunder – D+

The Visagoths have arrived, folks. Dark days are coming for Oklahoma City.

Huge loss for the Nuggets is difficult to overlook. If not for that loss, the Nuggets would have been looking at a pretty good A or A-

Dil loses eric’s second favorite big man in this FA class and adds nothing in the off season. The Rockets were able to resign Darrell Floyd though.
Minnesota Timberwolves – B-

Key Losses – None
Kanter and Cousy are both still teenagers, so hope is not lost for this class of rookies, and Ayyoe brought back Gregor.
San Antonio Spurs – B-

Nothing to write home about. Victor has got another two years in this tank before cashing in those Heat picks.
Utah Jazz - B

SPL didn’t lose much of anything and had a nice draft to build around Ackles.
Kansas City Kings - B

Great pick up in Brandon Knight, who looks like the PG of the future in KC.

Vancouver Grizzlies – C+

Merry-go-Point-Guard in the Couv. Losing Green is tough to swallow, but it’s better to cut bait sometimes.

Taco gets much younger, but it’s not clear he has a vision for this team yet.

We at the Report recognize what Buster was doing, and also acknowledge that he picked up a number of draft picks in his tear down – but we’ve not taken picks into consideration for other teams and we’re not going to start now. We’re being consistent, and this has nothing to do with the fact that we’re nearly done with these rankings . . . fuck it, we’re lazy – deal with it.
Phoenix Suns – D

The Suns are in a cap mess. They are going to have to trade in a starter for a few back-ups to fill out their roster.
Portland Trailblazers – B-

The defending champs did what they needed to do to bring their squad back in tact.
Seattle Supersonics – B-
