Jerryd Bayless 19 PG 6'3 200 Arizona C+ B C+ C+ D+ B Bayless enters the league with a smooth shot, but needing work on every other part of his game. He can hit very consistently from the line and from outside, and he can score when called upon. The problem is he doesn't pass the ball that well for a point guard, and no other part of his game sticks out. Jerryd doesn't rebound very well, and he can occasionally drive, but should be better around the basket due to his size. He doesn't do anything special defensively and turns it over quite a bit. Bayless has a lot of growing to do to be a top player in the league.

Just continuing the age point, Bayless was 20 during his rookie season too.

I think we should continue to use the age they started the season at instead of ended it. This is a game, I like a little bit of cheesing. And these guys aren't 17 and 18.
