I was only able to do comments for a out half the league, I didn't get around to writing them until Friday morning and could only do so many before I had to run.
GM List 20s - 8.5; consistently good teams, excellent at retooling/reshaping his roster on the fly. Usually gets great return on his trades and has found some real bargains in FA.
Ank - 8; Expert at working trades to build a team
Ayyoe - 2; This grade is basically an incomplete. About time for Ayyoe to start competing, we'll find out what kind of GM he is now. Should post/shout more.
Bankz - 4; Nails some aspects of GMing, like developing players or maximizing return on smaller deals. Can't get out of his own way sometimes and will often be shortsighted, ruining his team's future for a risky gambit like the Khalid Reeves trade.
Bruns - 8; Should have at least 1 or 2 titles by now. Pushed his chips in for Supertwin, but still has some work to do to get his team to an elite level.
Buster - 8; Buster has had some terrible software luck in 4.0. He lost out on his last two top-flight FAs, and for some reason can't get any kind of success in the playoffs. Still, i think he's built at least 3 separate cores that could've won it all.
Canes - 5; Canes has built some good teams, but he isn't good at extending their window or retooling on the fly. Instead, he lets his teams age into obscurity.
Dil - 8.5; I'm probably giving Dil too much credit for his current team, since FA luck pretty much built it for him, but he's done a good job moving forward with that luck. One of the most dominant runs in league history pre-Harrison.
Dirt - 8; Two titles to his credit now. Dirt still is a little too erratic w/ his trades for my liking, but he's certainly got a better idea of what he's looking for than he did at the start of 4.0.
Druce - 8.5; Two Grizzlies titles plus a lot of the legwork for the Blazers title last season. Druce drafts very well and has a good sense of when to push the throttle up for a big deal to push him over the top.
Dump - 5; Feels like ages since he's been a title threat. Clearly misses the guiding hand of Soup, but still capable of building a quality roster
Eric - 3; Eric knows the software and it's intricacies better than anyone, but I think last year is about the ceiling for his style of GMing. Without a star player, I'm skeptical New York will ever get close to a title.
Fason - 9; Sam Hinkie should call Fason for advise on how to tank. He's mastered the slash-and-burn teambuilding model, and his franchise is neck-and-neck with the Nets for the class of the Eastern conference.
GBG - 8; Geebs probably deserves a higher grade than this considering the run his team has been on until this season, but Soup's shadow looms large over the Thunder's successes. Still, Geebs has been great at working the fringes around his core, and his run of late draft picks are very impressive in their own right.
Heebs - 9.5; I don't care that he hasn't won a title yet, Heebs is a phenomenal GM who has shown a propensity for knowing exactly when to target a player in a trade. If I have one criticism, it's that he focuses a little too much on the long-term, and won't risk his future for an all-in move that could push his team over the top in the playoffs.
JHB - 5; Hasn't returned to his early 4.0 form since taking over the Magic, but I think that's more to do w/ his work schedule than his gm ability.
Jerry West - 3; kn - 7.5 Majic - 4 Odin - 6 Pete - 6 RV - 3 RW - 2 Shaun - 4 Soup - 10 Spl - 4.5 Taco - 3 Trofie - 7.5 Victor - 3 Yawn - 6.5

20s- 9 does a great job at acquiring talent and pumping points into players. Good guy as well Ank -8 titles be damned he does a great job and should probably be higher than an 8. shitty music taste docks him Ayyoe - 5 idk Bankz -5 can't put him higher as much as i'd like too. His rebuilding projects last forever. Bruns - 8 another guy that could be higher with some luck. Builds great teams if he wasn't a ghost daddy every now and then he'd probably have a title. Buster 8 - Some people say you make your own luck. Someone should tell this to Buster Canes 7 - has decent teams on paper. Toilet paper (devine) Dil - 10 has title success and builds (gets lucky) via fa. Crossfit is for fags though Dirt - 8 - I don't like him as much as I did in 2.0 , has solid teams but isn't as active. Which is probably a good thing Druce - 9- Has had great title success , people don't view him as a top Gm. I think he's in the top 5 for current Gm's. Peacocks quite a bit though, could you imagine him with GBG's success? Dump 7- his lack of recent success and shitty team building efforts recently have hurt him since the past survey. He catches a lot of shit but who wouldn't be a little messed up with this up bringing? He's my boy though Eric 7- Motherfucker was stuck in mediocrity until I traded for his pick then he has the 3rd best record in the East. Thanks for the great draft class though Fason 9- top 3 gm in the East. Really like the way he builds his teams. GBG - 9 - stuck with it and had great success we will be able to tell how good he is on the rebuild. Doesn't feed the post as much as he should. Motherfucker you got a 7'3 300 lb center down there, and for christ sake throw up some Alley Oops this isn't church league. Heebs 9- along with Fason another top 3 gm in the East. Really like the way he has built his team through trades and drafting. none of that FA bullshit dilworth JHB - 5 does done a decent job at everything but drafting. Magic more like Tragic Jerry West 3- I don't like dealing with him and he's not good kn 4.8 - I really like KN, he's a solid guy on the board and he's a very good Gm. He should be an 8 but only gets 3/5th of the vote per OG US constitution Majic - 6 - His title was a fluke and some of his players over-performed. Thinks he's better than he actually is. Strikes me as someone who still plays with lego's Odin 7- Good Gm, throws hissy fits when he doesn't get his way. He's basically Jim Carrey in me myself and Irene Pete 8 - Pistol is a fantastic person and Gm. With that said it's amazing about what he's been able to do considering he's 70% dumber than the rest of the league. Hats off Pete www.scoopwhoop.com/inothernews/edm-lovers-are-retarded/RV - 3- Bad Gm, shitty personality , heroin did more for Phillip Seymour Hoffman than Rv has done for his players RW 3 - Chris Benoit is a better father than you Shaun 6- I love shaun. Great to deal with, will finally be able to have a competitive team. Was handed a shitty situation and turned it around. Soup - 10. Best Gm imo. But also a great commish , can get moody but who wouldn't dealing with you morons Spl 6- is a solid Gm and a good person. I'm glad this go around has turned out better for him/us Taco 6 - Taco is my type of guy. I really like him . If we were gay together we'd probably play xbox all the time , get drunk, and have a really aggressive hate filled private life. Trofie - 9 - lack of titles hurt Victor -6 overall great guy , has had shitty luck. Yawn 7- team is always the same. Which is weird considering he's bi-polar

20s - 9 Ank - 8.5 Ayyoe - can't rank myself my boy Bankz - 8 (6 for GMing, 10 for what he does for the league) Bruns - 8 Buster - 8 Canes - 7 Dil - 9.5 Dirt - 8.5 Druce - 8.5 Dump - 7.5 Eric - 8 (see bankz. improving GM) Fason - 9.5 GBG - 8 Heebs - 8.5 JHB - 7.5 Jerry West - 5 Majic - 7.5 because of the title. probably high, but he's off to a good start. Odin - 7.5 Pete - 8 RV - 6 RW - 6.5 (I like him. He gets a bad rap. Trading all those picks, though...) Shaun - 7 (great addition to the league) Soup - 10 Spl - 6 (rising) Taco - no grade. haven't paid attention to his team tbh. Trofie - 9 Victor - 6 (improving) Yawn - 7

20s - 9. Has put together a good team, easy to deal with and active. Needed some lotto luck to speed up the retooling but made good deals to put himself in position for little to no down time Ank - 6.5. Put together a pretty good team and is active but a pain to deal with when trying to trade. Ayyoe - 2.5. Seems to have put together a good looking team but if this team was just run by Soup until a new GM arrive would anyone even notice a difference? Bankz - 5. Active, works to make deals to try to build a team and looks like he has a nice team now. Interested to see how they do when competing. Bruns - 6. Hard to get a read on the Bulls during my tenure. Have been anything from lotto team/fringe playoff team to division winner. Liked seeing the aggressiveness to go after Harrison to try to put the pieces together. Buster - 7. Has been a good regular season team but not really done much in the playoffs while I've been around. Canes - 6. Was aggressive to go after pieces to compete but it just hasn't been enough to really make a run at winning the East. Dil - 8. Looks like long before I was in the league he had a dominant team. While I've been around he's had a good squad though he put himself into a tough spot where he had to give a piece away because he didn't leave room to resign his former #1 pick. Dirt - 8. Good GM who seems to know how to quickly build a title contender. Druce - 8, Druce did a great job building a title team in Portland. Real Score: 6. Active and works to Dump - 3. Dump is active. I can give him that. Eric - 6.5. Active, looks for deals and does a lot of work. Seems to have a team that might be able to get out of the first round. Fason - 9. Active, easy to deal with and showed how to do a quick rebuild from competing for #1 pick to competing for conference in just a few years GBG - 9.5. Has been a dynasty most the time I've been in the league so hard not to rate him high. Got some criticism on the return for Harrison but I thought it was pretty good value for a possible declining star Heebs - 9. Always has strong teams from my time here and able to find good deals on the market while still being easy to deal with. JHB - 4.5. Took over a squad in bad shape and actively working to get something going. Still too early to really tell though. Jerry West - 4. Not very active and got some talent but wasn't able to really put together a competitor kn - 7.5. Had good teams, and it looks like his tank was very short and he will be competitive again. Majic - 6. Majic has been active, looking to make moves and acquired a good portion of his starting 5 that won a title but I can only give so much credit when he inherited nice pieces and questions of how involved Druce was. Odin - 7. Odin is active, makes moves and has been able to retool to make a couple runs to the ECF and the Finals. Pete - 8. Pete is active, looks to make moves RV - 5. Rebuilding now but has been a competitive team most of my tenure. RW - 1. A pain in the ass to deal with, not active and his strategy seems to be that he puts together a mediocre team then bitches that he doesn't know why they aren't good. Shaun - n/a Soup - 10. I have no complaints for how Soup runs things, think he does a great job. Spl - 4. Has done a good job taking pod while Bankz is busy but other than that there isn't much to go off of just yet this tenure. Vernon Strokes is available. Taco - 2.5. Didn't get dealt a bad hand and he has tried but he didn't seem to realize that and is mostly going to be judged at this point by just giving Ank Okafor Trofie - 7. Trofie is very active and makes lots of moves, he gambled on this past draft and it looks like it will pay off for him, he has a lot of nice pieces. If he can build around the right ones he should be in a good position. Had made moves in the past to acquire guys the made him a contender in the East. Victor - 3. When is the last time the Spurs made the playoffs? I don't blame Savage for bailing Yawn - 7. Has been a good team during my tenure and always among the top in the West.

You got pissed at me for throwing tight end seems on your cover two. I don't run cover 2 my friend. it was cover 4 and cover 3... It didn't matter which. And it's not any one route. You ran slants with the TE streak the whole damn game. If I covered one you threw to the other. That's some lame shit. Run a realistic offense ya cheeser.
