-20s has nimbly pivoted from star to star and kept his team competitive
-consistently good teams, excellent at retooling/reshaping his roster on the fly. Usually gets great return on his trades and has found some real bargains in FA
-consistently towards the top of the standings and had one of the quickest retools I've ever seen
-Does a good job with FA deals and drafting and developing players. One of those GMs that you don't want their pick even if they aren't as good.
-does a great job at acquiring talent and pumping points into players. Good guy as well
-Easy to deal with, Always winning, top GM
-good guy. team's been scuffling a little bit lately.
-Has put together a good team, easy to deal with and active. Needed some lotto luck to speed up the retooling but made good deals to put himself in position for little to no down time.
-I think 20s is a very good GM. He seems to be hanging around. Like that dude from the counting crows, with less substance abuse issues and bouts of depression.
-i think he's really good, but i also think a fair share of people overrate him
-Needs to at least get back to the finals soon if we are going to continue to call him one of the best in the league.
-smart GM that hates me for some reason
-very solid gm. Knows how to put together good teams
-Was very active on TMB porn board....so he's got that going for him. Other than that, I don't know much about him.
-Your face is ugly but you're a good GM. Bo4Lyfe.

-A real fucking pain in the ass to deal with in trade talks. But he is always fielding a competitive team. Fuck his wheel
-always looking for good value, never gotten over the hump
-Didnt win a title with one of the best backcourts in the league. Gets to cocky, and depends too much on raping of dumb GMs.
-Expert at working trades to build a team
-good guy. team's been scuffling a little bit lately.
-he is a weasel and I mean that in a good way. He sees the moves before it happens and know how to make countermoves
-I don't fucking care that I don't know if his teams are any good. I thoroughly enjoy the league because of Ank
-One of my favorite guys in the league but doesn't realize that he needs to change his ways to be successful. Always the best usernames though.
-Put together a pretty good team and is active but a pain to deal with when trying to trade.
-reputation living off of 2.0 glory and a bunch of game 7 failures
-seems to overthink things.
-Slimy good gm
-Still anonymously pissed about the Okafor trade and getting raped.
-titles be damned he does a great job and should probably be higher than an 8. shitty music taste docks him
-Would probably have more success if he made trades that aren't rapes or an obvious win for him.

-can't rank
-has drafted alright, but was given a tough hand to start with. needs to be more active
-has made some good picks, but hasn't done much else
-he is the international man of mystery
-He's easy to reach via text. Wish he would shout so we could get to know him.
-Him still being in the league is a testament to how much we all like Kn.
-i seriously can't remember the last time i saw ayyoe shout or post.
-idk
-If I rate you anything below average, will you be offended?
-Love his drafting ability and he looks to have a very solid future corps led by the superstar PG Joe Silvestri (bias noted). Will be interesting to see what he does in the -trade market to add on to his team.
-not active, doesn't appear to be doing his own roster management based on Kn's breakdown of the Clegane deal.
-Seems to have put together a good looking team but if this team was just run by Soup until a new GM arrive would anyone even notice a difference?
-still learning the ropes but putting together a good team currently
-This grade is basically an incomplete. About time for Ayyoe to start competing, we'll find out what kind of GM he is now. Should post/shout more.
-Who does he GM?
-Who?

Avg: 5.13
-(6 for GMing, 10 for what he does for the league)
-Active, works to make deals to try to build a team and looks like he has a nice team now. Interested to see how they do when competing.
-anyone who tanks for that long can find some good pieces. great guy, average gm
-has been fighting and clawing to get back in contention. He has a nice young squad now, looking to move up.
-Been around forever. Should be better than he is.
-can't put him higher as much as i'd like too. His rebuilding projects last forever.
-Don't have anything bad to say about him. Pretty present in the league.
-God bless Bankzy. His heart is in a good place. Unfortunately when it comes to sim stuff his head is lodged up his own ass.
-good guy. been a little less active in the league lately for understandable reasons.
-great guy but he does dress up as a gay vampire. Would not be surprised if he was into furby shit
-Great podcast host, okay GM. Have to give him a lot of credit though for this rebuild. He's turned a terrible situation into having a ton of young talent.
-He's decent with drafting but has yet to really put together an elite team, so who knows if he can. And he has failed at that once before.
-Like seriously, how are you so bad at this? I don't understand it. You're a great dude and I would defend you against anyone...in all things non-sim league related. RV is -never around and he has been more successful than you. Come on.
-Nails some aspects of GMing, like developing players or maximizing return on smaller deals. Can't get out of his own way sometimes and will often be shortsighted, ruining -his team's future for a risky gambit like the Khalid Reeves trade.
-would have been a 3 at best a couple of seasons ago, but did a good job picking up assets where he could to assemble his current squad
Bruns
(6 5 8 8 7 6 6 8 9 7 8 8 5.5 6 7 5 8)
Avg: 6.91
-Every league needs a sexual deviant who has issues seeing things through completion.
-good guy. had a great year two years back then blew it up.
-guy that always seams to make strong and smart moves
-Had a great team for several seasons in this league. Is in a bit of a lull due to not having his picks and not having the cap to do anything.
-Hard to get a read on the Bulls during my tenure. Have been anything from lotto team/fringe playoff team to division winner. Liked seeing the aggressiveness to go after -Harrison to try to put the pieces together.
-havent been putting time and effort lately or would be higher
-He's been floating in the fringe playoff/lotto as long as I've been in the league. Made a big move this offseason, we'll see how it plays out.
-If it wasn't for heebs, you'd be the top in the east. Can't say anything bad about you.
-another guy that could be higher with some luck. Builds great teams if he wasn't a ghost daddy every now and then he'd probably have a title.
-Oscar and Emeka really gave Bruns a polish I'm not sure he deserved.
-outside of having oscar, i haven't really been all that impressed
-Seems like a good guy. Play Fifa with him from time to time.
-Still going through an Oscar/Emeka hangover. Very good at this though.
-Would probably rank slightly higher if he actually fielded a team with a shit since he went golfing and lost Emeka.
-Should have at least 1 or 2 titles by now. Pushed his chips in for Supertwin, but still has some work to do to get his team to an elite level.
Buster
(7 7 8 8 7 6 8 8 8 3.5 8 8 7.5 7 7 5 8)
Avg: 7.12
-Been really close, but hasn't gotten over the top. Never afraid to make moves and retool
-Buster has had some terrible software luck in 4.0. He lost out on his last two top-flight FAs, and for some reason can't get any kind of success in the playoffs. Still, i think -he's built at least 3 separate cores that could've won it all.
-Constantly in the playoffs but can't break through. Shitty Madden player. Great snapchats.
-Good GM and has been good for a long time.
-good guy. really shocking that the oden/snap/stoudamire teams didn't do better.
-Great GM with horrible luck. Hopefully this next tank does better for him.
-Had a run of terrible FA luck that ruined what could have been a great core.
-Has been a good regular season team but not really done much in the playoffs while I've been around.
-has had a lot of bad luck in the league
-He was an asshole once and I don't know anything more about him.
-How he manages to field competitive teams while acting like one of Hunter S. Thompson's drinking buddies confounds me
-probably trade raped me and I hope he feels shame
-Really shit the bed with his latest core and is now rebuilding. Either he lost his love or maybe we should credit Ian for his success
-Some people say you make your own luck. Someone should tell this to Buster
-Very good GM that keeps getting screwed by the software.
Canes
(4 2 7 4 5 4 5 6 7 7 7 5.5 5 6 4 4 5)
Avg: 5.15
-Below average GM, his whining and entitlement gets very annoying.
-Canes has built some good teams, but he isn't good at extending their window or retooling on the fly. Instead, he lets his teams age into obscurity
-Dude can put together some nice teams that never takes that next step. His teams always underachieve.
-finally grew some balls, hope it works out for him, or not
-Good dude. Play video games with him periodically.
-has decent teams on paper. Toilet paper (devine)
-He is stuck in purgatory for the time being with an okay team but no real assets to make a move and get back up top
-Hey, at least he's not rv or RW.
-Homer canes
-i always get canes and rw confused and it's harder when neither of them are around that much.
-I don't have anything good or bad to say about Canes. He's gotten better over time. Or I just haven't had a trade interaction with him in a long time to make me hate him with the fury of a 10,000 suns.
-I like Canes a lot and I know I'm one of the few that does. Gets too much shit for being willing to be contradictory around here.
-Nice dude. But always the victim. Never his fault. Nice to see him go for it even though this is his last year with this core. Might be better off trying to sell off his vets and add some young talent
-not as active as other gms and that hurts his team
-Was aggressive to go after pieces to compete but it just hasn't been enough to really make a run at winning the East.
Dil
(7 8 9.5 8 8 7 6.5 8 8 8 10 8.5 8.5 8 8.5 8 8.5)
Avg: 8.12
-another guy that always seems to make strong good moves
-Consistent winner, also consistently not around the sim league.
-Dude is silent but deadly. Not a big talker, but when push comes to shove he has put together some of the best teams in league history.
-Elite status Gm
-good guy. feel like their window closed last year.
-has title success and builds (gets lucky) via fa. Crossfit is for fags though
-hasn't been too active lately, his 3 titles
-Have you seen Dil? Can't say I blame stud free agents for flocking to Houston. We need more Dil on drugs articles, please hangout with Odin or Pete.
-Historically very good, but has been up and down in my tenure
-I'm probably giving Dil too much credit for his current team, since FA luck pretty much built it for him, but he's done a good job moving forward with that luck. One of the most dominant runs in league history pre-Harrison.
-Is he here? Team is good but he doesn't seem to be around as much.
-Looks like long before I was in the league he had a dominant team. While I've been around he's had a good squad though he put himself into a tough spot where he had to give a piece away because he didn't leave room to resign his former #1 pick.
-Pretty boy that is a good GM. If I was rw, I'd wife him up right away. Because RW is gay, duh.
-Seems like a good dude. Didn't try to trade rape me when I first joined.
-sneaky good GM. It's been a while since that Rockets dynasty, so folks are sleeping on Dil.
Dirt
(6 7 8.5 8 8 7 7 6 5 5 8 7 8 8 7.5 8 8)
Avg: 7.18
-Always wheeling and dealing, could pull together a title squad from nowhere.
-came out of nowhere for his title, is really quick to switch up his roster
-Dirt gets a 7 on reputation not recent SKILZ
-Does he even know he has a sim league team? Its like he goes in crazy spurts where he gives a fuck and then he doesn't. Needs to get on a podcast soon.
-Don't know enough about him to say good or bad
-good gm but more lucky in playoffs than others
-Good GM who seems to know how to quickly build a title contender.
-He makes some moves that might confuse you, but then he comes from the side for a knockout punch that you never see coming. Has won multiple titles and was the one title in the middle of the Thunder Takeover and revolutionized the game. Got to give the dude some credit for figuring that shit out and exploiting it.
-I don't like him as much as I did in 2.0 , has solid teams but isn't as active. Which is probably a good thing
-i don't think i've seen him since he won the title.
-I want to party with this Cowboy
-Put him right in the middle because I never know what he's going to do.
-Really good and an outside the box thinker. Wish he'd come back to us on shout and on the podcasts.
-Two titles to his credit now. Dirt still is a little too erratic w/ his trades for my liking, but he's certainly got a better idea of what he's looking for than he did at the start of 4.0.
-wheelin and dealin. Even without being super active in shout, Dirt still stays on top of trade talks. I admire him for that.
Druce
(8 7 8.5 8 5 8 7 8 9 6 9 8 8 8 10 5 8.5)
Avg: 7.71
-Constantly underrated, I mean c'mon he's the only GM in 4.0 to win titles with three different cores.
-Druce did a great job building a title team in Portland. Real Score: 6. Active and works to get deals done to improve his team but hasn't been able to build a real contender during my time
-go Irish and he scares the shit out of me. So he gets the highest score
-good guy. feel like he's got a strong chance to bring the Western Conference Finalist trophy back to the couv
-Good mentor for Majic, put together a nice retool of the Grizz, but hasn't gotten them over the top.
-Has had great title success , people don't view him as a top Gm. I think he's in the top 5 for current Gm's. Peacocks quite a bit though, could you imagine him with GBG's success?
-I never know what to grade druce
-I've just never been impressed tbqh. Dude thought Emeka Okafor wasn't that great. Lost all GM respect after that trade.
-One of the best in the league and doesn't get talked about enough. If he's not competing, he is building towards exactly what will get him there. Great dude too.
-Seems nice enough and is a ND fan, I think?
-Trading Emeka is going to leave a stink.
-Two Grizzlies titles plus a lot of the legwork for the Blazers title last season. Druce drafts very well and has a good sense of when to push the throttle up for a big deal to push him over the top.
-upper tier gm status
Dump
(7 6 7.5 7 1 4 5 8 1 8 7 6.5 2 3 6.5 4 5)
Avg: 5.2
-Active, responds to trade negotiations, tries to build teams - just has had some bad luck.
-Dude sucks without Soup by his side. Its obvious that all he is meant for is to be a punching bag and the money man.
-Dump is active. I can give him that.
-Dump is here
-Feels like ages since he's been a title threat. Clearly misses the guiding hand of Soup, but still capable of building a quality roster
-Forever tanking, and wasting the good years of Aguirre's career
-good guy. keeps the league running. seems to have abandoned shout.
-has made some good moves, on a down turn though
-he puts a lot of hard work into the league but he is still dump and for some reason is a douche to be accepted
-his lack of recent success and shitty team building efforts recently have hurt him since the past survey. He catches a lot of shit but who wouldn't be a little messed up with this up bringing?
-I like dump more and more each day
-It's been sad to see him lose his competitive fire. Does a great job running the banks and casino. Deserves more appreciation.
-Love the kid but not good at this.
-Never know with Dump
-Turned to shit when Soup took the commish role. Had an elite Drexler and fucked it up. Had an elite Aguirre and fucked it up.

-(see bankz. improving GM)
-Active, looks for deals and does a lot of work. Seems to have a team that might be able to get out of the first round.
-Analytics don't work at all. It's just some crap that people who were really smart made up to try to get in the game because they had no talent. Because they had no -talent to be able to play, so smart guys wanted to fit in, so they made up a term called analytics. Analytics don't work.
-Dude apparently knows the software better than anybody and yet has never made the Conference Finals. PFFFFFT.
-Dude knows the software in and out and still isnt great
-Eric knows the software and it's intricacies better than anyone, but I think last year is about the ceiling for his style of GMing. Without a star player, I'm skeptical New York will ever get close to a title.
-Eric's analytical data shows that the 7th seed has the best chance of pulling off a 7-2 upset.
-good guy. can't take a piss without hitting an article he wrote on the site.
-He's gotten a lot better, it's been nice to see him become more competitive. This will be the season he wins his first playoff series.
-His stat articles are so dreamy even though I have no clue what is going on in them. Rating is purely based off of his effort.
-Learn how to fucking GM you idiot. But thanks for saving the league.
-love reading the stuff he puts out, very smart guy but I sometimes question the results of his facts
-Motherfucker was stuck in mediocrity until I traded for his pick then he has the 3rd best record in the East. Thanks for the great draft class though
-Probably the biggest riser from the last set of GM rankings. Still not very good.
-really big fan of everything he does for the league
Fason

Avg: 8.32
-Active, easy to deal with and showed how to do a quick rebuild from competing for #1 pick to competing for conference in just a few years
-Good gm and knows his shit
-good guy. excited to see the jimmy abdur rahim combo, don't think he has enough shot blocking though. very strong presence in the league with articles, the draft, etc.
-Got shit on for his crazy tank years ago. But it turned into a tile. Had another rebuild this time much different and once again has a top team. Easy to deal with. Good dude.
-Great team builder, has the balls to go out and make a big trade like the Shareef one. Also all of his creation prospects have been awesome.
-had some bad luck but made some good moves to rebuild his team
-Has had some great teams in my time in the league, and had a super quick re-tool to put a nice title contender together
-Helpful more often then not for me.
-I think Fason is good, but he GMs in the kindergarten conference
-Sam Hinkie should call Fason for advise on how to tank. He's mastered the slash-and-burn teambuilding model, and his franchise is neck-and-neck with the Nets for the class of the Eastern conference.
-Still the champ in the East.
-Stud at this. Constantly one of the best at whatever it is that he is doing. Good job.
-top 3 gm in the East. Really like the way he builds his teams.
-without a doubt a guy that know the game inside and out and how to build a team

-Cant argue with the titles - peaacooock!
-Don't know enough about him to say good or bad....but he's won a lot.....so I deducted half a point
-Fuck
-Geebs probably deserves a higher grade than this considering the run his team has been on until this season, but Soup's shadow looms large over the Thunder's successes. Still, Geebs has been great at working the fringes around his core, and his run of late draft picks are very impressive in their own right.
-good guy. handled his perfect starting situation reasonably well, is handling the decline well.
-had a tremendous team for a good period of time, this rebuild will define him
-Has been a dynasty most the time I've been in the league so hard not to rate him high. Got some criticism on the return for Harrison but I thought it was pretty good value for a possible declining star
-i think the jury is still out on him to see how he does tearing it down and rebuilding
-Soup removed the training wheels and the Thunder are going downhill quickly - will GBG bail and trade Aaron before its too late?
-stuck with it and had great success we will be able to tell how good he is on the rebuild. Doesn't feed the post as much as he should. Motherfucker you got a 7'3 300 lb center down there, and for christ sake throw up some Alley Oops this isn't church league.
-took off a point because he didn't really build that monster, but he still deserves some credit.
-We'll get to see now if he is as good as he thinks he is. Overvalues his players worse than Canes.
-Without Harrison, he sucks. Like what are you thinking? HUGE Madden cheeser.
-Won with soups core group and his hands on advice. Now he's on his own lets see if he is as good as that dynasty run propped him up to be.

-along with Fason another top 3 gm in the East. Really like the way he has built his team through trades and drafting. none of that FA bullshit dilworth
-1 number under Druce... Go Irish
-Always has strong teams from my time here and able to find good deals on the market while still being easy to deal with.
-Are the nets good this year?
-consistent contender, knows the ins and outs of the league
-Don't know well enough to say bad or good
-Dude thinks too highly of himself for someone that hasn't even won a championship.
-good guy. with the thunder gone it's nice of him to find more teams to lose to.
-Has a good grip on the software. Always on the look out for value and young talent. Consistently in the top of the standings
-He makes moves when he thinks they're the right ones and is always willing to try new things. Gives solid advice whenever asked.
-I don't care that he hasn't won a title yet, Heebs is a phenomenal GM who has shown a propensity for knowing exactly when to target a player in a trade. If I have one criticism, it's that he focuses a little too much on the long-term, and won't risk his future for an all-in move that could push his team over the top in the playoffs.
-Nice guy. Brutal trade partner. Took Anks role as consistent choke artist.
-Seems to identify young talent and get great value in trades.
-Smart GM. puts in the effort too
-Top 3 GM in the league right now, he's had a good team since 3013. He'll get his title once he finds a PG.

-Congrats, JHB.
-does done a decent job at everything but drafting. Magic more like Tragic
-Good to have him back but he has been downright bad with the Magic. He's bringing more to the table than MJ though.
-hasn't really done anything of note outside of the creation draft fiasco w/tobias
-Hasn't returned to his early 4.0 form since taking over the Magic, but I think that's more to do w/ his work schedule than his gm ability.
-holds up the draft. potty mouth.
-I don't really know much about JHB, but he is doing alright for the Magic after coming into a squad in pretty bad shape
-I will believe the Magic will be competitive when I see it. Horrible team manager and drafter.
-It's mostly poor drafting, but the Magic still suck.
-Meh
-Meh
-Meh. Didn't get a ton in his tear down. Recent bust pick as bust pick don't look good.
-one of the best acronyms of all time and a smart guy
-Took over a squad in bad shape and actively working to get something going. Still too early to really tell though.

-Doesn't do anything with his players.
-Doesn't really put in the time and effort but great guy.
-Good luck in lotto, bad luck when it comes to keeping those players. Maybe they see something we don't?
-has built an interesting team
-has had a couple really good cores and done absolutely nothing with them. nothing against the guy personally
-He's acquired a lot of talent, but has had trouble putting a full team together
-I don't like dealing with him and he's not good
-More prevalent than JHB but who?
-Nobody in the league has done less with more.
-Not very active and got some talent but wasn't able to really put together a competitor
-RIP Jerry
-Run of bad luck and lack of activity drops his rankings. If he was more active he probably could field a much better team and get a higher GM ranking.
-Unlike Canes, who is active but horrible, Jerry is a great guy that just isn't active enough to succeed.

-great guy that is in the midst of a good rebuild
-Had good teams, and it looks like his tank was very short and he will be competitive again.
-has had a couple solid contending teams, we'll see what happens with kyrie
-I really like KN, he's a solid guy on the board and he's a very good Gm. He should be an 8 but only gets 3/5th of the vote per OG US constitution
-I'm terrifed of Kyrie. Congrats on that. KN is a cool dude and would be the #1 pick in pickup ball.
-I've come to respect KN's game. #basedhorse
-KN is the man and good GM
-Most likeable guy in the league that's built some good teams. Kyrie should get him at least one title.
-Really good dude. Easy to get a hold of. Is upfront with his view on trades. Needs to win a title to get into the elite group of GMs.
-this grade is about to jump about 2 places in the future
-Those Bledsoe led Bullets teams were a model of consistency, and his tank/retool is starting to really come together

-a little too big for his kevin pritchards
-Blissfully ignored. Kind of an idiot savant considering he won the championship
-Congrats on the gift title, please don't get too cocky. He seems to be getting really into this which is nice.
-defending champ that is new but built this team up
-Get da fuck outta here with that title
-He's been in the league a couple seasons and already has more titles than Druce. But let me see what he does with Duc15 players.
-His title was a fluke and some of his players over-performed. Thinks he's better than he actually is. Strikes me as someone who still plays with lego's
-Just slightly better than Druce with the more recent Championship. Trading for Stromile Swift was genius.
-Majic has been active, looking to make moves and acquired a good portion of his starting 5 that won a title but I can only give so much credit when he inherited nice -pieces and questions of how involved Druce was.
-neutral on him until he starts making moves for himself
-Nice getting to know him. Seems to be somewhat active. Won a title thanks to Druce and Duc. Lets see how he does when the training wheels come off.
-Our current champ. He had a good squad to start with and got a little lucky to steal Savage. Time will tell, but he's off to a good start
-Probably had Druce make rankings for him.
-Solid debut
-Winning a title (even if Druce takes credit) this early means dude has to get credit. Great addition to the league and rivals Ank for username creativity.

-Always making deals, some good some bad. He's starting to put some good seasons together with the Bobcats
-being a former commish, im still confused at some of the moves he makes
-Finally having some success. Not surprising its coming after the majority of his created players have gone away. I'm sure it was a bitch to trade for players right after stepping down. OK GM but a bit shady in trade deals.
-Good gm but seems to not be able to make moves to be elite for some reason
-Good Gm, throws hissy fits when he doesn't get his way. He's basically Jim Carrey in me myself and Irene
-Has put together two Final contenders in the past couple seasons. Looks like he has turned the corner. Good job.
-has toned down some of the anger, which i appreciate.
-He's still scattered and a baby but his recent success was long overdue.
-It's fitting he's so tall because there is a whole lot of judgement from Mt. Pious with Odin
-Odin is active, makes moves and has been able to retool to make a couple runs to the ECF and the Finals
-Seems like a nice guy. Helpful if I am asking stupid questions
-You'd have thought he'd be better at identifying talent with his years being commish.

-All around great guy. Could have been much higher if GBG didn't blueball him with Aaron.
-Could be a little higher probably, but he has consistently put good squads together in Toronto, it'll be interesting to see if he is a buyer or seller going forward.
-GIMME SOME RAPTOR NEWS
-good guy. glad he got russell. think he needs another piece to really make noise in the east.
-has drafted decently, but hasn't made a ton of noise outside of his championship run
-I miss the days of his funny wire contributions. Really cool shout guy.
-Pete is active, looks to make moves
-Pistol is a fantastic person and Gm. With that said it's amazing about what he's been able to do considering he's 70% dumber than the rest of the league. Hats off Pete www.scoopwhoop.com/inothernews/edm-lovers-are-retarded/
-pistol is the leagues gunman that is extremely sharp
-Present more often than not. Don't know about him
-Probably my favorite podcast co-host. Really good dude. Very solid GM.
-The King of the Late 1st/2nd round Players. Dude is like Bill Belicheck during the draft/offseason. Too bad he can't be Belicheck during the season though.
-Very good gm even better Jew nose
-Very good GM, great guy and incredible photoshopper.

-aloof, oblivious, but a nice guy
-another sharp guy in the league
-Bad Gm, shitty personality , heroin did more for Phillip Seymour Hoffman than Rv has done for his players
-Doesn't seem to get it still at time
-Getting better and more active but I still don't know why he does this.
-good guy, i like him, but he's squandered a few decent teams and just hasn't done much
-Had a couple really good Hornets teams, but has handed out some bad contracts, and hasn't put enough points into his talented players in the past
-Had successful teams in the past despite of his ineptitude. Gives out horrible maxes and doesn't understand what to do.
-Has ruined too many star players careers. No thank you.
-Has started to be more active in shout and actually pumping points into his prospects. Maybe he's turned a corner.
-He's the TMBSL version of an indian burial ground staffed by the undead apathetic teens of a haunted amusement park
-I don't know. I've seen him around a couple times.
-players seem to get better when they leave and worse when they get to 'lotte.
-Rebuilding now but has been a competitive team most of my tenure.

-(I like him. He gets a bad rap. Trading all those picks, though...)
-A pain in the ass to deal with, not active and his strategy seems to be that he puts together a mediocre team then bitches that he doesn't know why they aren't good.
-Always finds a way to develop a nice core. Then he fucks it up by blowing his load quicker than dumptime with a texas hooker. Bring that podcast back.
-Chris Benoit is a better father than you
-He respond to trade talks, which is more than other GMs are willing to do.
-i always get canes and rw confused and it's harder when neither of them are around that much.
-I never know what he's doing. He tries, but can never seem to get up there to contender status.
-Liked him in the past but he's gotten worse. Don't see him around much anymore.
-lol RW.
-moves like the nauls trade and just doing nothing productive with his team make me think he needs to be fired
-not active and recently traded away his future for 30 games of a player
-Not the worst (odin) but definitely number 2. His shtick is tired and old.
-Poor Isiah Thomas. Horrible manager.
-Sorry that's a minus, if that's not possible give him a zero. Fuck RW.
-Wish he'd quit big timing us and become more active. I miss his podcasts. Devine is warming up in the pen.

-(great addition to the league)
-Big fan of shaun. Starting to branch off on his own. His grade reflects his personality more than GM skill.
-Gives good soccer advice in the casino but doesn't add a lot else to the league.
-good guy. eased into the league, good slow build, very active in podcasts and shout.
-Hated him on TMB, but now a big fan of his in the Madden league and this league
-He's really thrown himself into this which is great. Need more active GMS like him. I like what he's done with his team.
-He's very active, and has made some nice deals. He looks like he'll be contending here soon.
-I have had a chance to have some recent conversations with him, he is a new GM that is a smart guy that has recently made what I view as smart moves
-I like Shaun! Don't die buddy!
-I love shaun. Great to deal with, will finally be able to have a competitive team. Was handed a shitty situation and turned it around.
-I loved that Mighty Mouse trade. Showed some balls. Good draft picks too, which equals a Central division contender for some time. Now good luck with the AIDS, buddy.
-jury is still out, team looks nice moving forward but still a couple pieces short, also still don't agree with drafting thompson
-Still somewhat a newb. Still a lot to be proven
-This is the first year he is competing, so not much to go off of in terms of accomplishments. Great guy, active GM, fully engaged with the league. Need more GMs like Shaun.

-10/10 as a GM, 10/10 as a commish, 10/10 as a human being. I love you. Miss you. Sim life isn't the same without you. Keep being you. <3.
-After our rough start, Soup has been helpful and nice. He is timely and has given me some leeway to learn on the go. Don't have any other commissioners to go off of but -I think he's doing a solid job.
-as commish. Phenomenal job putting up with a bunch of assholes who don't deserve what he does.
-because if he doesn't get a good grade he'd break my legs. He's vindictive.
-Best Gm imo. But also a great commish , can get moody but who wouldn't dealing with you morons
-Can't say how appreciative we all are of Soup's generosity. He works harder at sim league than a lot of people do at their jobs.
-Da boss is still da boss
-good guy. steady hand on the tiller. keeps the show moving.
-He's a person who craves control and power. So it's no surprise he's done so well as commish
-I have no complaints for how Soup runs things, think he does a great job.
-I have nothing but appreciation and respect for him.
-I haven't seen him as a full time commish, but by all accounts he was a great one. He's also been a great mentor to several GMs.
-i think soup has been a really good commish as far as consistency, and not being rigid with rules
-I took .5 off for helping to build a dynasty that crippled the competitive spirit of the league. He's done a great job and been a consistent machine with sims and updates TEN MORE SEASONS!

-Don't know enough about him either way
-Don't know much about him so whatever. Don't know what he's going to do with his team, they're not good. Had a good draft recently though.
-fat drunk and stupid is no way to go through life and GM a team
-Good to have him back, I like this version of Spl better. Please stop spamming shout with your players on the block.
-Has done a good job taking pod while Bankz is busy but other than that there isn't much to go off of just yet this tenure. Vernon Strokes is available.
-has had a few stints and hasn't done anything of note really
-He may be offering Strokes for free, but I've not seen him post in shout in at least 3 minutes so maybe not anymore.
-I like him as a team builder. Good offseason GM. Will be interesting to see how he builds his team.
-I like this new edition of SPL minus the racial slurs. Seems to have a better grasp of the software and league. I think he could climb up this list quickly.
-I wasn't around for your first tenure; so I really had no idea where to grade you.
-Improving but still not there
-is a solid Gm and a good person. I'm glad this go around has turned out better for him/us
-is bringing a new angle on articles and took the podcast torch from bankz who invented sim league podcasts, but i gotta say it gets a little toxic when he starts in on the ethnics.
-Racist SPL bothers me.

-another new GM that I don't know where to grade because you weren't given a great squad to begin with
-Didn't get dealt a bad hand but he didn't seem to realize that and is mostly going to be judged at this point by just giving Ank Okafor
-Feel like he is constantly high.
-good guy. active in chat. i don't know what team is his.
-He still seems far away from getting this.
-new owner that is trying to win
-no grade. haven't paid attention to his team tbh.
-Seems to understand what we're doing here, but needs a little more time getting the hang of how to do it well.
-Still hasn't learned you don't want to be in the yawn zone. Probably should blow his roster up and tank but hasn't done so. I think once he learns the league a bit more he could be a good GM.
-Still too new
-Taco is my type of guy. I really like him . If we were gay together we'd probably play xbox all the time , get drunk, and have a really aggressive hate filled private life.
-too early to judge him imo
-We'll see. I don't like that Green contract. But he's still new enough to get a pardon.

-Always moving people around but is really successful with it. He's a cool guy.
-Elite status gm. Can quick rebuild with the best of them
-good guy. really like his rebuild strategy by having 38 first round picks in a single draft.
-guy is a lumberjack that works and grinds hard to make the right moves
-Helps me out a bunch with getting acclimated to this leagueand we play video games together. Big fan of Trofie
-He's been up and down since I've joined, but he's always making moves. He's assemble a nice young team, but knowing Trof, half his team will be gone in the next two years. Only to be brought back in 5 years
-I love him just a little bit above 20s. Another GM who you never want to own his pick. This offseason was majectic.
-If you want to take a lesson on how to build a good team and blow it up soon after hit trofie up. Still super easy to deal with and one of the very best the league has.
-lack of titles hurt
-One of the best in the league. He is going to build a monster with all those prospects.
-only missing a championship. sometimes i think he's too quick to tear it down
-Trofie is somewhere between 6-8 depending on what cycle of his rebuild we are in. Dude is cool
-Trofie is very active and makes lots of moves, he gambled on this past draft and it looks like it will pay off for him, he has a lot of nice pieces. If he can build around the right ones he should be in a good position. Had made moves in the past to acquire guys the made him a contender in the East.
-Trofie only knows how to rebuild, but he knows how to do that pretty well.

-good guy. stood by jason collier when no one else would, and look at him now, not bad enough to tank or good enough to compete for the 8 seed. only two years left on that deal. the future in san antonio is biased and horny.
-He's getting better.
-he's had some bad luck, but he also hasn't helped himself with some of the moves he's made
-He's had some terrible luck with all his talented players abandoning him. I hope he can grow his team into a contender
-I can't hold his horrendous luck against him but he hasn't done anything to wow me either.
-My favorite alcoholic
-not afraid to make moves and is in the midst of a rebuild
-Not good at this. Hope he can turn it around because he seems funny but whatever.
-Ohh Victor, he's had such terrible luck. Hopefully he can get a taste of the playoffs soon.
-overall great guy , has had shitty luck.
-Poor Victor. IT's a shame Soup hates the Spurs so much, victor seems like a good guy, or he's just recreating Syracuse in TMBSL
-Still figuring things out but could be a good one
-Things started to click for Victor then he had a run of terrible luck. Rejoin the madden league vic.
-When is the last time the Spurs made the playoffs? I don't blame Savage for bailing

-Drunkard that should realize it's time to grow up and do something with his life.
-good guy. yawned his way into a contender. as jeff pearl of pearl jam would say, "that's the way i like it."
-Has been a good team during my tenure and always among the top in the West.
-He's had some good team's and made some aggressive moves to try to get that title, but his championship window is closing. It'll be interesting to see where the team goes from here.
-his indifference is annoying, he's got a nice team now, and if he cared a little more he might win something sometime
-Love him. Tremendous, stable GM.
-Made some big moves to put together a competitive team, but I feel the yawnics are returning shortly.
-Nice guy... average GM. But he likes it that way.
-team is always the same. Which is weird considering he's bi-polar
-Yawn is better than he makes himself out to be. Genius move by him to get the league to overvalue his draft picks.
-Yawn will yawn and his gming makes me yawn.
