Preseason Top 10
*Summer league was not considered in the rankings1. Jesus Shuttlesworth SG 19 6'6'' 198 B- A- C B C AAppears to be a Ray Allen clone.
2. Jonathan Bender SF 19 7'0'' 215 B- B C+ B- C+ A Not sure what to make of him since he's a +1 at PF and the software played him at PG. Those shooting percentages are incredible. 3. Elton Brand C 20 6'8'' 260 B+ C D+ A- A- BHis preseason wasn't as impressive as his summer league but he still looks really good. Jumper may be maxed out so GBG can use all of his points on inside scoring and defense. 4. Mystic Stone C 21 7'0'' 292 C C F- B C+ BStone proving that display grades don't mean much. Could start for a playoff team right now, those numbers are Catfish-like.
5. Spencer Daniels PG 21 6'5'' 203 C+ B+ B- B D BLooking good especially for a software player. Steal by Druce to get him at 1.24. I have him ahead of Francis because of his FG%. 6. Steve Francis PG 22 6'3'' 199 B B B- B+ C- BMuch better than I expected. Maybe Eric is figuring out how to make PGs but I'll wait for Soup to admit to tweaking him. 7. Lamar Odom SF 20 6'10'' 220 B C+ B- B C+ AWould have much higher hopes for Odom had Dump not ruined his rebounding. Needs +16 put into his jumper.
8. Richard Hamilton SG 21 6'6'' 185 B- B+ C C+ C- ANeeds more PT during the regular season. Got up nearly 5 shots in the 10 minutes a game he played, so hopefully he is a bit different than some of the other stud shooters Eric has created (Stauskas and Fredette).
9. Wally Szczerbiak SF 22 6'8'' 248 B- B C C C+ BSolid
t10. Ryan Robertson SF 23 6'5'' 190 B- B B- B+ B- ACould end up being the next Matthew Lockhart type of player with those blocks and steals. Not sure what to make of his percentages though since his FT% is so low.
t10. Ron Artest SF 20 6'7'' 233 B- C+ C A- B- AAdded Artest in there because I love his blocks and steals. Looks like Andrew Wiggins without the TOs.

Day 40 Top 10 1. Jonathan Bender SF 19 7'0'' 215 B- B C+ B- C+ AHe's going to be ridiculous. Could be the next Stanley Robinson if he sticks at SF. 2. Jesus Shuttlesworth SG 19 6'6'' 198 B- A- C B C AI have him over Odom, Francis and Stone because he is putting up solid numbers for a legit playoff team. Would probably be averaging 25 a game if he were playing for a tanker.
3. Steve Francis PG 22 6'3'' 199 B B B- B+ C- BYes those turnovers are awful but you have to appreciate his PPG, FG% and SPG. Going to be a star.
4. Lamar Odom SF 20 6'10'' 220 B C+ B- B C+ ADestined for SG with those low blocks and rebounds. Only a matter of time before Dump joins team cheese. 5. Mystic Stone C 21 7'0'' 292 C C F- B C+ BShooting more than expected due to playing in an inside offense. 6. Spencer Daniels PG 21 6'5'' 203 C+ B+ B- B D BHolding up well as a starting PG for a playoff contending team. Wish he got up more shots. 7. Obinna Ekezie C 24 6'9'' 270 C+ C- C- B B- AEkezie got Soup's Terp bump. FG% may not hold up with those scoring grades. Great find by Dirt at 2.9. 8. Elton Brand C 20 6'8'' 260 B+ C D+ A- A- BBrand is only this low due to how strong the rest of the class is. Will be a stud once his FG% and blocks increase. 9. Ron Artest SF 20 6'7'' 233 B- C+ C A- B- AStrange shooting percentages but I love the defense. 10. Richard Hamilton SG 21 6'6'' 185 B- B+ C C+ C- ADoes not shoot enough

Day 120 Top 10 1. Steve Francis PG 22 6'3'' 199 B B B- B+ C- BSoftware got it right with ROTY. Probably could use +11 or even +16 put into his handles but once the turnovers drop and 3P% increases Francis will be elite. 2. Jonathan Bender SF 19 7'0'' 215 B- B C+ B- C+ AFG% really dropped as the year went on but I love the 3P%, blocks and steals. Could easily end up the best player in this class.
3. Jesus Shuttlesworth SG 19 6'6'' 198 B- A- C B C AThe shooting percentages are somewhat disappointing but like I said earlier his PPG would be higher if he were on a tanking team. And I just noticed he's only 19. * FUCK RW AND DEVINE
4. Elton Brand C 20 6'8'' 260 B+ C D+ A- A- BImproved as the year went on. Should be an all star or at least a Jonas Valanciunas type big (there rookie numbers are similar).
5. Lamar Odom SF 20 6'10'' 220 B C+ B- B C+ AI wonder if Dump will try to turn him into a PG with that assist/turnover ratio. Could be a waste but he should save a +5 in case Odom gets to B handles naturally. 6. Mystic Stone C 21 7'0'' 292 C C F- B C+ BI probably have him too low but I didn't feel right putting him over the top 5 who can all score. 7. Spencer Daniels PG 21 6'5'' 203 C+ B+ B- B D BWould like to see Daniels shoot more but even if he doesn't he could end up being a better version of Scoonie Murray.
8. Obinna Ekezie C 24 6'9'' 270 C+ C- C- B B- AFG% dropped once JO was traded. Solid rookie year and could be a good third big down the road. 9. Richard Hamilton SG 21 6'6'' 185 B- B+ C C+ C- ARefuses to shoot, he's going to end up a taller version of Jimmer Fredette which I find a little disappointing.
10. Ron Artest SF 20 6'7'' 233 B- C+ C A- B- AAll of his points should go towards his jumper and inside scoring. I am high on Artest and think he'll end up being a fringe all star SF by the beginning of his second contract. This looks like a really strong class and the best we've had in a while. Well done Eric/Soup.
