have gotten a few texts from tmbsl members asking how I am doing digured a global message was necessary.

For or those of you who didn't know, I went to urgent care with stomach issues on Sunday as the super bowl was kicking off. Got diagnosed with diverticulitis. Two days later things weren't better so I was hospitalized. Luckily nothing was seriously wrong and I won't need surgery. As of today I'm feeling better and will be eating my first meal since Sunday morning in a few minutes. They want to keep me one more day because my kidney function was decreased because of the dehydration caused by my illness and they want to see if my kidney function increases now that I am recovering. I should be out tomorrow morning.

Thank L you for the text messages. They were appreciated.

For sure. All of my health issues are completely not my fault. Just the luck of the draw. Could always be worse so I consider myself lucky

Well I'm gonna be on a specific diet for about a week. But my first real meal should be at Bern's steakhouse in Tampa after taking the bar.
