Weatherspoon is an impressive low post scorer and rebounder in spite of his lack of size. He has the potential to average a double-double at the next level. He is often able to use his great strength to create space in order to get his shots up over bigger defenders. Weatherspoon is a decent free throw shooter, but he’ll need to improve his jump shot to become an effective scorer.. He is a solid post defender, but his lack of height may force him to move to the three so he can defend his players his own size.
