To spice up free agency, one profile player from each future draft class will be given 0/0/0. I'll use a random list generator to determine which player is chosen and run it well in advance so everyone has notice. I'll also make note of it in the chosen player's profile.
For those that weren't around at the beginning of 4.0, if a player has 0/0/0 for his loyalty, greed and play for a winner ratings then it usually means they are unlikely to resign with your team if they hit free agency. In some cases they even take less money to sign with another team. The good news is that when they do offer to resign it is often for a discount.
