Pierce’s pure jump shot and ability to knockdown threes has scouts excited about his potential to be a volume scorer at the next level. Although most of his points come on perimeter shots he is capable of finishing inside. His strength makes him an adept rebounder for a guard. Pierce is only an average athlete which hurts him on the defensive end with quicker players. At worst he’s expected to be an instant offense type of player off the bench.
