 Greg Monroe Age: 20 Height: 6’11’’ Weight: 253 Position: PF School: Georgetown B- C C+ C+ B- A The Good: Monroe is an excellent passer out of the post, he doesn't turn the ball over much, and overall is a very good athlete. He uses this athleticism and his strength to excel as a rebounder. Greg has a nice jumper for a big and can face up and use his length to shoot over opponents. He has room to grow defensively but will probably not be a shot blocking force. The Bad: For a player with his size, Monroe settles in the paint rather than being physical. He doesn't attack the rim like a man his size should. He won't block a lot of shots, and isn't really a big interior defensive presence. The Ugly: Like any big, stepping behind the arc shouldn't be a part of Monroe's game. |
