 Verne Mikkelsen 22 PF/C 6'9 230 Hamline B+ D+ D B+ B+ CThis 22 year old out of Hamline University is the most sim league ready big man in this draft. Should come into the league and make an immediate impact as a double-double guy. As a scorer, Mikkelsen has very good footwork and touch around the rim. Gets to the free throw line often and shoots a pretty decent percentage for a big. His strength and aggressiveness make him a force on both backboards. Overall he is a good defender that will clog the lane and protect the rim. Will block and alter his fair share of shots. Mikkelsen may not have the highest upside, but is one of the safer picks in this draft and could be the first big man off the board. |

If he goes +1 in defense and rebounding and you put points into his offense he's a potential stud. Don't get why everyone freaks out about the C potential
